Decisions in Care: Welcome

Decisions in Care, LLC was founded in 2001 by Susan Stuart, who is focused on providing high-quality services to the elderly and disabled consumers of New Mexico.

Within our team, we have National Certified Guardians and a National Master Guardian who is also a Nationally Certified Long Term Care Manager. All of our care managers are experienced in hospice, adult day services, home care, medicaid programs, and long distance caregiving.

We are equipped to provide varied services to meet your particular needs. We offer individualized assessments and specific recommendations. We provide Healthcare Power of Attorney and Guardianship services as well as other services detailed in the "Our Services" page. We service the Albuquerque metro area.
